Warranty Genie was born from a simple frustration: watching skilled service writers spend hours crafting warranty narratives, only to see claims rejected for missing a minor requirement or using the wrong terminology.
Our founders spent decades in the service industry - as technicians, service writers, warranty administrators, and dealers. We knew the problem intimately: warranty claim success often comes down to documentation quality, not repair quality.
When AI technology matured enough to understand and generate technical narratives, we saw the opportunity to solve this problem once and for all. We trained our models on thousands of approved warranty claims, learning the patterns that lead to approval.
